Justin Mohn Video Shows Suspect’s Anti-Biden Rhetoric After Decapitation Charge
A video has surfaced online showing a man praising the decline of America after he allegedly decapitated his “traitorous” father.
Justin Mohn, 32, was arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap in Pennsylvania on Tuesday evening after a body was discovered at a home in Bucks County. The victim is believed to be his father, Michael.
In a video posted on X, formerly Twitter, by the account ChudsOfTikTok, Mohn states: “He [his father] is now in eternal hell as a traitor to his country. It is said that those who commit treason and betray others occupy the lowest pits of hell in all ages.” The video initially appeared to show Mohn placing his father’s severed head in a bag just before his speech began.
He goes on to blame President Joe Biden and the current U.S. administration for “destroying” the economy and the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border. Mohn continues: “The federal government of the United States has declared war on the citizens of the United States and the states of the United States. America is rotting from the inside out as violent left-wing mobs awaken our once-prosperous cities, turning them into lawless areas.”
“Taxpayer dollars are being printed and used for any purpose other than taxpayers with very little or no accountability, which has inflated the economy to the point of near-destruction and made the American Dream unattainable for most Americans. Meanwhile, a fifth column of illegal immigrants is invading our borders.” Literally, one second before this clip, he was holding his father’s severed head in a bag.
The victim is believed to be his father, Michael, a long-time federal employee. Reports indicate Mohn held up his father’s head in a YouTube video, which has since been removed from the platform.
Middletown Township police responded to a call from the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, where they discovered the body of a victim in his 60s in an upstairs bathroom, according to Action News Philidelphia reports. Newsweek has reached out to this force through their website contact form for clarification.
Mohn was tracked down and apprehended by police at Fort Indiantown Gap, about 100 miles from the crime scene. Action News Philidelphia reported that he had fled the property in his father’s vehicle.
He refers to the current administration as the “treacherous Biden regime” before the clip cuts off mid-sentence.
Newsweek has reached out to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office for comment through their website contact form.
Mohn, from Levittown, Pennsylvania, was found by police at Fort Indiantown Gap on Tuesday after he posted information about the homicide on YouTube. According to The Philidelphia Inquirer, charges have not yet been filed.

According to court documents, Mohn attended Pennsylvania State University from 2010 to 2014. In 2022, he filed a complaint with the Department of Education alleging they “negligently and fraudulently induced him to take out student loans to pay for his education without adequately warning him of the likelihood that he would face a difficult job market and might not be able to repay his student loans.”
Mohn complained that he was viewed as an “overeducated white male,” which made it difficult for him to find a well-paying job to pay off his debts. His complaint was dismissed.

Referencing his legal battles, he stated that his experience proved “there are no peaceful solutions for youth to escape slavery, unemployment, and ultimately incarceration.” He likened the situation to the “terrifying Soviet Gulag prison labor system, in which entire states and nations are essentially turned into concentration camps.”
